Shipping & delivery policy

We deliver within India only. Delivery depends on serviceability at your destination PIN code.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched in 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days after dispatch. These are estimates; delivery delays can occur.

Delivery charges

Prepaid shipping is free. When cash on delivery is available, a ₹50 additional delivery fee applies per order. Online prepaid payment is available. Cash on delivery is currently unavailable.

Tracking

Tracking is provided through the delivery/logistics partner when shipment tracking becomes available. For assistance, email orders@vaik.in with your order number.
